ERC Code Unlock. Last updated: 13 June 2026.
We respect your privacy and we keep things simple.
Nothing. This app does not collect, store or share any personal information. Everything you type, including the ERC ID, stays on your phone and is used only to work out the unlock code right there on the device.
The camera is used only while the scan screen is open, so the app can read the 16 digit code. We do not take photos, we do not record video and no image ever leaves your phone. The text recognition runs fully on the device.
The app shows banner ads through Google AdMob. AdMob may use a device advertising identifier to show ads. You can reset or limit this at any time in your device settings under Google and Ads. For more on how Google uses data, see the Google Privacy Policy.
We do not ask you to sign in and we have no accounts, so there is nothing about you for us to keep.
The app is a simple utility and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect any data from anyone.
If anything here changes, we will update this page and the copy inside the app.
